Poor Weather Hampers the Challenge

Wild weather and big swells have all but stopped the challenge this week.

The conditions should be get better for the last week of the challenge with some good sharks getting caught.

Many parts of the East Coast have just had the biggest floods on record with major damage in NSW and river systems flooding. May towns have also been flooded.

The Snowy River is rising, but we are expecting only minor flooding in the low lying areas near the river mouth.

More debris will be in the waters off the beaches from the rivers flooding and will end up on the beaches, we hope this causes no problems for the shark challengers.
